Return Policy

  • Most items ordered on the website may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the original shipping delivery date. (The only exceptions: The Artist’s Mini, and production runs of website items, as described below.)
  • Returned items must be in new and unused condition. (An item cannot be returned if it exhibits any sign of use.)
  • Before returning an item, the customer must request and receive a Return Authorization from adventuretoolcompany@yahoo.com.  (We cannot accept a return that hasn't received a Return Authorization, and will not issue a refund.)
  • The customer returning the item is responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • Custom items are always non-returnable/non-refundable.
  • If a production run of a standard website item is completed for a customer, those items are non-returnable/non-refundable. (For instance, if a production run of 200 Waxed Canvas Recovery Bags is done for a customer, those 200 Bags are non-returnable/non-refundable.)
  • The Artist's Mini is non-returnable/non-refundable.
