Refund policy

• All products except for The Artist's Mini may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Returned products must be in new and unused condition.  (A product cannot be returned if it exhibits any sign of use.)
• Before returning a product, the customer must request a Return Authorization from adventuretoolcompany@yahoo.com.  (We cannot accept a return that hasn't received a Return Authorization.)
• The customer returning the product is responsible for the return shipping charges.
• The returned item(s) must be shipped back to ATC within 7 days of the customer receiving the Return Authorization.
• Once the returned item(s) has been received, and assessed to ensure that the item(s) is in new and unused condition, the cost of the gear will be refunded.
• The Artist's Mini is non-returnable/non-refundable.
